Services

The centre hosts a team of professionals whose services extend to children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Counselling services include:

  • Pre-marital counselling
  • Personal growth & development
  • Support through life transitions
  • Family and relationship issues
  • Communication and conflict difficulties
  • Anxiety, grief & loss
  • Depression, low self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Abuse and neglect
  • Other personal issues/difficulties

Additionally, the centre also provides:

  • Professional community & corporate educational programs
  • Support group work
  • Professional counselling supervision
  • Employer Assistance Provider Packages

Cost – counselling service fee
Professional counsellor fees start from $60 for a standard session of one hour. A limited number of counselling sessions are available through our graduate program at a cost of $35 per session.
