Introduction

Life Design Counselling & Education is a counselling service that assists individuals with a broad range of issues. Professionals at the centre can meet the counselling needs of children, adolescents and adults to deal with both individual and relationship issues.

With sensitivity to cultural diversity and respecting each individual's uniqueness, our professionally trained and supervised counsellors offer confidential counselling in the areas of:

Pre-marital counselling
Personal growth and development
Support through life transitions
Family and relationship issues
Communication and conflict difficulties
Anxiety, grief and loss
Depression, low self confidence and self esteem
Emotional and behavioural difficulties
Abuse and neglect
Stress management
Addictions
Other personal issues/difficulties

The centre also provides training and supervision for graduate student interns who in turn deliver safe and competent practice to clients. The centre is involved with offering community education programs & support group work.
